EDES 3205: Technological Assistance for Special Education Students

In this course, we were able to learn and review different technological aids that can be used in the classroom for students that have special needs and disabilities. We learned about low-technology and high-technology aids and how they help each student.

In this project, we worked on the creation of a low-technology aid. I created a book with different animals and numbers aimed to help students with intellectual disabilities. This was a very fun activity that helped me be creative and design from scratch resources for my students. Below is the presentation in which I explained the purpose and the step by step creation of this technological aid.
